  • All Packages include:

  • Complimentary Initial consultation to discuss the event (1 hour)

  • Package includes 3 meeting to plan the event.  Additional Meetings at $40.00 per hour.

  • A proposal will be put together based on notes from initial meeting.

  • There will be a $150.00 fee charged if there are major changes to the initial proposal.

  • All Meetings can be in-person, or via email and zoom and on your time schedule.

  • Our Help allows you to enjoy the event that has been planned.

  • We handle all issues that arise.

  • Suggestions of vendors for rental items

  • 2-hour final Consultation on details for final details

  • Setup and supervision of items and vendors for event

  • We accept all major credit cards.  Monthly installments can be made, and full payment is due 30 days before the event.  30% retainer required to reserve and hold date.

This package includes the set-up reception items (placing centerpieces, set-up of guest book/escort cards, cake table).

All items are provided to the staff.   We work with your designated friends and family.

This package gives you even more support for the set-up of your wedding.   2-4 of our event staff will do all you need us to do.  This package has our staff setting up your event and assisting with the takedown at the end of the night.  You can relax and know that all is under control.

Event Packages

Silver Décor Package:  $600.00—$900.00(four hours)

Gold Décor Package:  $900.00—$1500.00(six hours)

Platinum Décor Package:  $1,500.00—$3000.00 (10 hours)

Diamond Décor Package:  $3,000.00—$6,000(all day)

 

Rates are based on full access before event and number of staff required to execute the event.  Packages are based on 2 staff required for set-up.  Additional staff is charged at an hourly rate of $150.00 . Event set-up this is usually is bulk of our hourly fee. So for a four hour event we would put in 3 hours on set-up and 1 hour for take down.
